Making A Dreamcatcher To Plan Your New Year

Making a Dreamcatcher to Plan Your New Year

by

Derek Calibre

Late last December, I made my own version of a native-American dream-catcher as part of a new year’s psychic visioning project. I wove a collection of symbols into my ornament that I saw as representative of my aspirations for the year.

I’m seeing some of those dreams come true.

Traditionally, dreamcatchers were thought to snare “bad” dreams so we wouldn’t have to dream them. The “good” ones would slip through the spider’s web, and slide down the feathers into our minds. The web in this paradigm represents confusion. But the spider’s woven spiral could also be seen as a galaxy. When dewdrops form on a spider’s web, they glisten like stars. To me, a dreamcatcher symbolizes a mirror Universe where we can imagine our goals taking shape.

Perhaps we dream at night to create reality, as much as we dream in reaction to our reality. If you play with this concept, you will tap into an essential element in manifesting your dreams: Wonder.

In dreaming, we wonder about things beyond the scope of our conscious minds. We catch hints at what the Universe might have to contribute to our story. We may also allow the Universe to play a part in helping to shape our reality, based on the symbols of our desires.

As I look around my life, I see the reflection of the items I placed in my mini symbolic Universe. I included a little anchor, to represent a grounded spirit and a willingness to work. I incorporated a small stack of coins, to symbolize financial security, and savings. My business has grown this year, and I’ve even managed to save some money.

I found a small comedy/tragedy mask, the symbol of theatrical acting. With this I’ve hoped to receive an acting job. I purposely tied the mask to the string that holds the stack of coins in an attempt to snag a paid acting gig. I’ve come close to this goal, auditioning for 30 Rock and other shows.

I attached a gecko brooch to the rim of the web. I saw plenty of those on my September trip to Hawaii! Lizards are the messengers of dreams.

An ornament of the Eiffel Tower also went into my dreamcatcher. For reasons still unclear to me, the Eiffel Tower has long served as one of my magic totems. It’s helped coordinate some phenomenal coincidences and in doing so, taught me about designing reality. I share those stories in my book, “Can You Turn It Off? A Diary of Psychic Awakening”. But I never imagined that my little French icon would be reflected in my reality so literally! Last month, an opportunity to visit Paris presented itself to me even though I never intended to go there.

I wove a ceramic home into my dreamcatcher, noting, at the time, that it looked like a hotel from the board game Monopoly. As it turned out, while I was in Paris, I didn’t stay in a hotel. I stayed in a home. This past summer, I listed my apartment on a vacation home-exchange site. “My charming, centrally located apartment for your charming, centrally located apartment”. I mentioned my preferred destinations; “Dublin, London, Rome!” I never mentioned Paris, but of the dozen or so offers I received, nearly all were from France. I turned every one of them down.

One night, I invited my friend Jason over for dinner. I lamented, “Jason, these people keep writing me asking if I want to go to Paris, and it’s just not on my list!”

“Let me see these offers,” he said, turning my computer in his direction. “I LOVE Paris. I think it’s one of the most beautiful places in the world.”

“Well, this is the latest one to come in,” I said, showing him photos of a colorfully painted flat. I shrugged my shoulders. “It looks pretty nice.”

Jason flipped through the pictures and read the description. “Derek, what are you talking about? It’s totally nice! Do you realize where this IS? It’s very close to the Eiffel Tower! You’d be crazy to turn this down.”

Sometimes in life, we need a friend to shake us out of our myopia, or ignorance, or just plain stubborn thinking! From the moment Jason pointed out that this was a genuine and special offer, it was like a light got turned on in my head. He proceeded to remind me of all the great things Paris has to offer, and I became instantly enthralled with the idea of visiting the city. I did visit, and I had a great time!

Why don’t you make your own dreamcatcher? You can buy one ready-made, and then add your own special totems to it. Or make one from scratch, with twigs, string and feathers from an art supply store.

Consider the icons you place in your dreamcatcher as symbolic psychic visions. You could put symbols representing the personality of a lover you want to attract. Or say, for example, you tend to be reclusive and want to get out more; you could weave elements of a social scene into your web. A little pen might represent a writing project. A book could symbolize being published. The sky’s the limit!

Everything comes in a trinket. And any trinket can be a totem!

Not Sure What To Eat After Surgery? Bariatric Foods That Suit You Well

Not Sure What To Eat After Surgery? Bariatric Foods That Suit You Well

by

Anna Woodward

Gastric bypass surgery, also referred to as bariatric surgery, is a type of operation that is able to reduce the size of a patient’s stomach. The purpose of it is to make it easier for the individual to shed pounds.

The body undergoes changes of a physiological nature following the surgical procedure. As a result of this, the patient must alter his of her diet on a permanent basis. They must learn to eat bariatric foods that can maintain the results achieved by the procedure. Those who have undergone this surgery must get used to consuming smaller portions of food at a sitting. The foods they eat must be healthy and stocked full of nutrients.

You should discuss with your doctor what bariatric foods are appropriate for you. He should be able to provide you with a food list. That will make it easier for you in terms of meal planning and trips to the grocery store.

Chicken breasts are a bariatric food that makes for a smart and healthy choice for those who have had the gastric bypass operation. Poultry is high in protein, which is the most important of all of the nutrients for such a patient. You need to consume in the range of 55 to 80 grams of protein on a daily basis.

Protein is so essential to your health because it promotes healing, as well as the maintenance of muscle mass. It is also good at keeping your energy levels high and it is low in fat. Meats that are higher in their fat content, such as pork, might encourage weight gain, but chicken breasts will help to keep your weight at the place you want it to be.

Once a person has gastric bypass surgery, there is concern that they will not take in enough nutrients every day because they are eating smaller amounts of food. With this in mind, it is important that you choose foods that pack a wallop in the nutritional department.

Eating a moderate amount of fresh fruits regularly is beneficial. One of the best options is the blueberry. This berry is a treasure trove of nutrients. They are rich in several vitamins, as well as minerals and antioxidants. It is strongly recommended by doctors that every meal for a bariatric patient should consist of at least one type of veggie and/or one type of fruit.

Another option for your list of bariatric foods that are beneficial for the person who has undergone surgery is brown rice. Make sure that you eat this food in moderation though, because it is a carbohydrate. It is also high in fiber, which is good news for your bowel function.

The bariatric patient should aim for four to six servings of whole grains every day. Eating a half-cup to one cup of brown rice per day is adequate. Brown rice is a superior choice to white rice for gastric bypass patients because it provides the person with a higher concentration of vitamins, minerals and fiber.

How To Make Money From Working At Home

How To Make Money From Working At Home

by

Adam S Harding

Let\’s look at how to make money from working at home by presenting a number of ideas.

These ideas for how to make money from working at home do work, but it is a matter of picking the method that makes the best fit for you and focusing on it without distraction. I will also reveal one of the best ways to get started making money from home for even the complete beginner.

1. Work From Home Jobs – Many people first start out looking to make money from working at home by applying for work from home jobs. This is kind of like having a typical 9 to 5 job, but you get to do the work at home and not the office.

Common work at home jobs include freelance writing, data entry, virtual assistant work, processing emails, social media management, and more. There is likely to be lots of this sort of work available on sites such as Elance, Fiverr and Odesk but the pay can be quite low and competition for these roles is high.

2. Affiliate Marketing – One of the best and most fun ways to earn money by working from home is with affiliate marketing. This has a very low level of entry requirement and in many cases you don\’t even need your own website (although it does help).

With affiliate marketing you can make residual income from home that comes in each day whether you work or not. It does take an initial bit of hard work, however, but when you have everything in place it really starts to snowball.

Look to build your own network of affiliate review sites as well as work on your list building strategies and you should be in good shape.

3. Paid Surveys – This is similar to a work at home job, but you get to do as much or as little work as you like and you don\’t have to answer to an employer. The key to profiting from paid surveys is to find legitimate sites that will give you a constant stream of them to fill in. The pay will be very low, but it is easy and flexible work for a bit of extra cash from home.

You could probably make even more money with paid surveys by promoting these programs as an affiliate with a popular CPA network (look at ODigger and OfferVault for ideas) instead of actually filling them out yourself.

4. Online Business Opportunities – This is similar to affiliate marketing, but you usually have to buy the products you want to sell first. And the commissions are usually structured over multiple tiers in a kind of network marketing style compensation plan.

There are quite a few of these offers popping up today with the likes of Neucopia, Pure Leverage, Empower Network, DotComSecrets X, Six Figure Mentors, and others.

The power to online business opportunities is that you are usually provided with a complete marketing system out of the box, the buy-in requirement means less competition, and there is the potential for some high ticket earnings with the backend sales funnels of these systems.

Would you like to work from home by \”plugging-in\” to a \”business in a box\” that comes complete with everything needed to succeed in an online business and starting making

money

from home? Then visit

Specialized Surgeons Solve Difficult Problems With The Skeletal System

byMichael Gilmore

The human skeletal system is an amazingly resilient structure. Encountering large, repetitive stresses throughout the course of the average person’s day, it nonetheless typically does its duty without complaint for decades. Over time, however, even relatively small problems with it can develop into larger ones, especially insofar as these points of weakness are called upon to endure further stress.

Those who are active in sports, too, often run into issues with joints and bones, as these activities sometimes push their bodies to their very limits. Others suffer from degenerative or other sorts of diseases which attack the skeleton and supporting muscles directly, some of which can result in victims becoming bed-bound or worse before long at all. For many people, then, the services of an orthopedic surgeon are incredibly valuable, as these can allow them to recover from difficulties which would never heal on their own.

Having completed fundamental medical training like all other doctors, a future orthopedic surgeon in Pensacola, FL embarks upon a training program through which they acquire the specialized skills needed to become expert with the human musculoskeletal system. This further course of study supplements the important basic medical skills which the candidate has already acquired, equipping the student to handle the crucial and delicate tasks required in orthopedic surgery. The best surgeons of this sort combine very high levels of intelligence and memory, necessary for absorbing and dealing with the many medical facts that must be mastered, with stamina and coordination that will ensure that surgeries themselves are successful.

In fact, the field of orthopedic surgery is so complex that many choose to specialize further. The issues surrounding the joints of the hand, for example, are considered particular enough that those suffering from problems with them are often advised to seek out surgeons who deal only with that part of the body. Likewise with the shoulder, knee, and spine: Many surgeons eventually focus solely on handling these parts of the body and no others, figuring in that way to offer their patients the highest possible level of expertise. In any case, today’s orthopedic surgeons in Pensacola, FL are capable of providing relief for a great number of issues that were once assumed to afford no hope for recovery. For more inflammation, visit Panhandle Orthopaedics.

Creating Halloween Costumes That Are Mysterious And Spine Chilling

Submitted by: Adriana J Noton

Halloween is on of the oldest celebrations still acknowledged today. It has survived from ancient pagan times through various conquerors, cultures and religious influences and is now firmly entrenched as an annual holiday world wide when people are dressing up in Halloween costumes, creating mayhem, trick or treating and generally having a fun day.

Pagans believed it was a night when their dead walked the earth but with the advent of Christianity the Roman Catholic Church absorbed this ritual and made it a day to honor their Saints. Trick and Treat, is an old Irish custom whereby peasants visited homes of richer folk on this night to collect food or money, if nothing was forthcoming they would play a trick on that home as a payback for their being stingy.

Through television and film this evening has been depicted in comedies, romances and horror films that have gripped viewers globally and drawn them into this celebration. The dramatic depiction of monsters and bloodsucking vampires together with mythical creatures from the block busters movies all inspire Halloween designers and home craft needlewomen to greater heights of creation. Costume manufacturers and accessory suppliers are all catering to this growing demand and annually provide a wide selection of goodies to choose from.

Dressing up in Halloween Costume Canada and playing a part has always appealed to human nature and no matter whether you are three or seventy it still creates a buzz of excitement and expectation. People often wonder how they would act in another type of character and this event gives them the opportunity of finding out. Whole families, plus their dog in matching outfits are a regular sight out and about on All Hallows Eve.

Deciding on what to wear as a Costume could be a problem as there are so many available at stores and online were one literally shops world-wide. From mass produced to made-to-order outfits of super heroes, fictional characters, mythical legends, cuddly animals and scary creatures there is something for everyone.

One may decide to dress the family in accordance to a famous family group such as the Adams Family who with their weird and delightful characters fit into Halloween costumes like a hand into a glove. Waiting to see what new and original ideas people have dreamt up is quite possibly as much fun as designing one’s own costume.

Orange, green and black have become favorite colors when decorating one’s home and a hollowed-out pumpkin eerily lit up with a candle is a must have. Many people are creating macabre scenes of graveyards and other scary sets in their gardens and homes to enthrall any visitors.

Everyday life keeps one fairly busy and there is little time between work, family and friends to just enjoy a fun event in this frantically rushed life of today. It does a person a load of good to take time out, have some first class merriment whilst getting the family dressed in Halloween costumes and setting off for a night of treats. But, beware! A person never knows who may be lurking out there.

Get Cheap Botox Treatment In Wolverhampton

Get Cheap Botox Treatment in Wolverhampton

by

Andrew West

No matter what age you are, whether you are male or female, rich or poor, the chances are that you will be familiar with the term Cheap Botox. Open most of the main stream magazines to learn about a celebrity promoting botox as the answer to their prayers and telling how it cured their underarm sweating problem and they credit this to their Cheap Botox treatment. Well let me tell you that Cheap Botox can be bought by all of us as the price has reduced such a lot.

When you have your botox treatment, whether it be in your local town or in the city somewhere, make sure that it is a proper medical professional that administers the injections. Practitioners allowed to administer botox are nurses, dentists, doctors etc. Always double check qualifications and seek testimonials from other patients. A small hyperdermic needle is used to deliver the botox dose so it is absolutely crucial that the needle is sterile as the risk of infection is great.

You might have read it in a newspaper, or seen it on the television that Botox does not have any side effects although some believe that in some cases, the swelling can be very bad and further treatment is required to stop the infection. Succumbing to infection due to dirty needles or unhygienic surroundings or having the injection in an area where the skin is already irritated or infected can often be the riskiest thing to do. Existing irritations on your skin should be identified to your doctor at the outset and injections to these areas should be avoided.

In addition to doctors, nurses and other medical staff, you will now see many dentists offering botox treatment at very competitive prices. They already have the sterile space and are well equipped to deal with patient care and make ideal places to go. Beauty salons are also offering Botox but their premises are not always as sterile, nor are they as patient friendly.

When you visit a doctor or dentisit, remember to seek evidence that they are qualified to give you a botox injection. Do not assume they are qualified just because they are already in the medical profession. This is especially important if you go to somewhere non medical such as a beauty salon, or room at the back of a hairdressers for example. You are very susceptible to infection following botox treatment, so make sure you keep the area clean, however if you do become ill, or notice painful swellings, seek immediate medical help. Remember that price is not always the most important factor when deciding on botox treatment.

Botox acts very quickly and you can see the effects within a couple of hours. You can literally knock years off your age on your lunch break. It is great for a confidence booster to treat under arm sweating and it even has a place for treating depression, but above all what ever your motive is for having Botox Do your own research and search online for testimonials and ask friends for their experiences.

Free Radicals: The Hidden Danger Lurking Inside You

By Janet Martin

Did you know that every time you breathe, you are generating potentially alarming number of free radicals in your body? Free radicals are actually a by-product of oxygen. Many experts believe that these unstable substances are responsible for the development of serious diseases, such as cancer, eye problems, heart complications, and even premature aging.

Since you will surely die if you prevent oxygen from getting into your system, there is not much that you can do to prevent the formation of free radicals inside your body. However, there are ways in which you can fight or counteract the effects that free radicals can bring to your system. But before knowing the counter measures, it is important for you to have a deeper knowledge about this enemy within.

Free Radicals Unveiled

When you first heard of free radicals, you probably thought that they are somewhat similar to viruses, bacteria and other microbes that people get from outside sources. Actually, free radicals are formed within your system. Every time you pant, inhale or eat oxygenated food, you are actually letting these elements develop inside you.

Whenever oxygen binds with other molecules, such as our blood, they leave behind a by-product known as free radicals. If you have so many free radicals inside your system, they will start to invade healthy cells for them to become more stable. As a result, you will start to develop conditions that may lead to serious illnesses.

Havocs That Free Radicals Bring

Several studies have confirmed that free radicals are responsible for atherosclerosis, or the hardening of the walls of the arteries. These unstable substances are the culprits behind the sticking and clumping together of bad cholesterol to the walls of your blood vessels. Sometimes, free radicals also attack your DNA. Changes in your genetic structure can actually lead to the development of cancerous growths.

A Harvard Medical School research also confirmed the connection between free radicals and macular degeneration, a type of eye condition that can lead to blindness. You can also get free radicals from your exposure to ultraviolet rays from the sun. Aside from health reasons, you should also keep away from free radicals because they are responsible for premature aging, formation of wrinkles, thickening of the skin and other skin conditions.

Other diseases that are linked to free radicals include Alzheimer’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological disorders. Studies are underway to provide definitive evidence on the role of free radicals in neurological and muscoskeletal problems.

Ways To Fight Free Radicals

Proper Nutrition

The only way you can combat the effects of free radicals is by eating more fruits and vegetables because these are excellent sources of antioxidants which are needed to neutralize the effects of free radicals.

Take Supplements

If you do not want to develop the aforementioned diseases, you better start taking supplements that contain vitamins C, E and A. Since you cannot ensure that the foods you eat everyday contain the right amounts of nutrients that your body needs, you can use some help from supplements.

Exercise

Although exercise can make you inhale heavily and breathe in more oxygen, this is not a good reason to stop working out. You need exercise to strengthen your body and improve your fitness level so that you can fight diseases. Just make sure that you couple exercise with healthy eating.

Cleanse Your Gut

No matter how much supplements you take, if your intestines are filled with toxins and wastes due to years of neglect your body will not be able to absorb nutrients properly. Give your body a clean slate by eliminating toxins through colon cleansing.

The Amazing Flowers Of Camellia Japonica And Camellia Sasanqua

By Pat Malcolm

Japanese Camellia, Camellia japonica. American gardeners in the South know and love the Camellia japonica, a landscape shrub, bush, or tree that can grow 20 feet tall. The Camellia japonica became an important garden landscape plant in the World War II war years in the 1940’s when Dr. Tom Brightwell collected a large Camellia cultivar planting at the University of Georgia Experimental Station at Tifton, Georgia, that is still actively maintained as a Camellia arboretum for gardeners to tour publicly and to compare varieties, color of flower blooms, flower size, and flower density studies. Several hundred Camellia shrubs, bushes, and trees are planted and growing at the Tifton, Georgia location. Camellia japonica was the favorite flowering plant of Dr. Tom Brightwell, although he planted Camellia Sasanqua trees and bushes also in the garden. Dr. Brightwell not only planted Camellia seed, but he selected the outstanding cultivars and grafted or budded those Camellia varieties named by him onto Camellia seedling rootstock.

Several other well known Camellia gardens are located in the United States; The Burden Center at Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Bellingrath Gardens at Theodore, Alabama; The City Park at New Orleans, Louisiana; Clemson, South Carolina Botanical Gardens; Atlanta, Georgia, Botanical Garden; Harry P. Leu Gardens, Orlando, Florida; The United States National Arboretum, Washington D.C.; Thomas H. Perkins III Camellia Garden, Brookhaven, Mississippi; Huntington Camellia Garden, California; Massee Lane Camellia Garden, Fort Valley, Georgia; and the Vale Camellia Garden, Waltham, Massachusetts.

The Massee Lane Camellia garden was donated as the headquarters for the American Camellia Society organized in 1945. The Camellia japonica shrubs, bushes, and trees are planted under the shade of pine trees and flowering Southern Magnolia trees as shading that is required for the best Camellia plant growth. The 9 acre Camellia tree garden is bordered by brick walkways, where over 1000 Camellia shrubs and trees can be viewed and enjoyed by the public during the fall, winter, and spring.

Dr. Tom Brightwell of the Tifton, Georgia Camellia garden exchanged Camellia plants with the land donor of Massee Camellia gardens, Mr. David C. Strother. Dr. Brightwell also researched the Camellia and exchanged Camellia cultivars with William Hertrich of Huntington Camellia Gardens in Los Angeles, California and with numerous Camellia researchers at Massee Lane Gardens, 100 Massee Lane, Fort Valley, Georgia, the headquarters of the American Camellia Society.

The Huntington Botanical Garden in Los Angeles, California boasts a Camellia garden of 1200 different cultivars of Camellia japonica and Camellia sasanqua that covers twelve acres for public viewing of the Camellia blooms during the flowering season. The superintendent, Mr. William Hertich, of the Camellia garden planted thousands of Camellia seed to be used as a rootstock on grafting superior Camellia cultivars. These seedling rootstock resulted in the growth and selection of hundreds of new hybrid Camellia selections, many of which still grow at the garden today. William Hertich devoted many years of his life growing and photographing the Camellia trees and flowers. Mr. Hertich published his work on the Camellia plant in 3 volumes at the Huntington Camellia Gardens.

Other very large Camellia gardens outside the United States are the Peter Fisher Camellia Garden in Hamburg, Germany and the Royal Botanical Camellia Garden in Melbourne, Australia. The Higo Camellia bonsai Camellia plants from Japan can be seen at the Huntington Camellia Gardens along with aromatic, fragrant Camellia cultivars and a large collection of Camellia Sasanqua introductions from Nuccio’s Nursery of Altadena, California. A new important book by Ann Richardson, A curator’s Introduction to the Camellia Collection, can be purchased from the Huntington Library Press for $14.95 and is filled with valuable information for any lover of the Camellia flower, tree, or plants.

Growing Camellia plants into trees takes many years unless you buy a large flowering size Camellia tree that can be very expensive.. Very few perennial evergreen shrubs display the beautiful form in the landscape and the massing flowering habit of the Camellia. The Camellia japonica has the flower colors of pink, red, white, purple, and peppermint. The Camellia japonica can begin blooming as early as December and continues into March and April on some varieties, depending on weather warm-ups during the winter. Camellia shrubs and trees resent being transplanted in the landscape from one spot to another, and often die unless transplanting takes place during the winter. Even then, the Camellia does not transplant well, and can sit inert in a location showing little growth, if any, and many times will decline in size or die unless a large root-ball is dug. Camellia plants should be purchased from a nursery growing in a container, so that a full root system can be planted and grown. Never buy a Camellia plant bare root!

Camellia shrubs and trees prefer light or heavy shade for growing, and pine trees or flowering magnolia trees are the perfect companion plants for the Camellia shrub. Full sun will burn the leaves of a Camellia shrub except for interior leaves and no one wants a plant looking like that in a landscape garden. The discovery of the plant hormone, gibberellic acid, with its accelerative growth effect on individual flowers of the Camellia became an important method of winning prizes at Camellia flower shows. A normal Camellia flower, teacup size, could be treated with a drop of gibberellic acid at an inferior (lower) bud, and the teacup size flower would continue to grow to the size of a dinner plate. This treatment process has become important in treating other plant products to increase growth size of flowers, fruits, leaves, and in rooting hormone mixtures and seed germination.

A unique characteristic of both the Camellia japonica and Camellia sasanqua is the beautiful and spectacular bloom-drop circle that forms beneath the tree, surrounding the plant after older flowers fall and shatter on the ground. The glow of the fallen petals in the circle increases as the season progresses and many gardener’s view the bloom-drop circle as fanciful and beautiful as the fresh flowers remaining on the tree. The Camellia Sasanqua is often and commonly called simply, Sasanqua. The Sasanqua flower colors of red, white, pink, purple, and peppermint are the same colors, but smaller than the Camellia japonica blooms. The Camellia Sasanqua can grow 16 feet tall and blooms earlier (October to March) than Camellia japonica. The leaves are a glowing waxy green and evergreen with a slight curving habit. Single red, white, or pink flowers of Sasanqua are preferred by most buyers, but double flowering Sasanqua is stunning when in full bloom. The Sasanqua provides a perfect specimen landscape plant that will tolerate full sun, and is most often used in Zone 6-9 as a privacy hedge for screening out noisy neighbors.

A condition or a disorder that is associated with improper development of motor skills is termed Dyspraxia. People suffering with this condition tend to have a problem with completing, planning and carrying out motor tasks. The task can range from as simple as waving a hand to complex ones such as brushing teeth. Daily routine tasks like cooking, doing chores, household activities, driving, grooming, etc. pose difficulty and mark dyspraxia symptoms in Adults.

It is known to affect about 70 percent in males and a minimum of 2% people in general. Certain methods are employed to deal with these conditions which are physical, therapeutical and occupational.

Dyspraxia symptoms in Adults:

Gross motor coordination skills:

These are movements in large scale, such as balance, riding, hiking, etc., which are difficult to cope.

Fatigue: They get easily tired doing even small works.

CAUSES

We only have assumed the causes of Dyspraxia as the researchers havent been able to pinpoint anything with confirmation. It is thought that the main cause of this disorder is the improper development of the motor neurons in infants due to which proper connections arent formed and hence the messages from the brain fail to get transmitted to the muscles. This theory explains the lack of coordination of motor skills. Again, due to the inability of neural messages to get properly transmitted, the cognitive behavior is affected. Hence children might be born with Dyspraxia. Few causes may be-

Premature birth

Low body weight during birth

Genetic causes

Carelessness of pregnant mother- alcohol or drug intake by mother during pregnancy. Etc

However, in case of adults, sudden occurrences of Dyspraxia symptoms may be due to any serious head-injuries or head-stroke or are the same right from birth. According to experts, 10 percent people suffer from mild dyspraxia symptoms, although only 2 percent is severely affected by it.
